DIOCITAS HOTEL
HISTORY
Diocitas Hotel it was
coined from the name of the late and well-loved Diosdado Tan Herrera of
Tagapul-an Samar, and wife former Pacita Mariano Ballesteros of Dingras, Ilocos
Norte. who settled in this booming City of Santiago and build their own Herrera's
Junkshop Business here. Thus the name DIOCITAS HOTEL was born, a combination of
Diosdado and Pacita came into being.
On 2003 Diocitas Hotel
first and main Branch is located at Purok 2 Rizal Santiago City build Ten (10)
Rooms; 5 Matrimonial Room , 2 VIP Room and 3 (three) family Room.
2004-The management
decided to expand the number of rooms to accommodate their guest by adding
Three (3) Drive-In rooms (with garage).
2005- Diocitas build a
Function Hall to cater the needs of the guest for Business Meetings, Seminars,
Reception for Baptismal, Birthday, Wedding.
2006- Through the
Blessing of our Almighty God the Management decided establish a 2-storey
building five (5) Single Rooms and three (3) Drive-in Rooms.
2010- The expansion of
the Annex Building located at the back of Diocitas Hotel Main in Rizal Santiago
City. the Annex Hotel had Five (5) Single Room , Five (5) Family Room, and Five
(5) Drive- in Room
2012- The Diocitas Hotel
Dubinan located at Dubinan East, Santiago City. Had Five (5) Single Bed and Five
(5) Drive-in.

home. Diocitas Hotel cater the needs and wants of the LOWER and MEDIUM class people by staying and experiencing the low rate and luxurious fully air condition room here at our hotel. we provide high quality standards in our rooms, food and beverages
division. each and every one of us is responsible for offering
maximum satisfactions by delivering exceptional quality service. by
continually striving to exceed our guests' expectations, we will engender the
results needed to satisfy our guest and employees for continuous growth.
